Connect Google Calendar

What it is for

With Google Calendar connected, the AI agent checks your free slots and books appointments automatically during the conversation with the customer, no manual work.

Connecting

1. 1In the side menu, go to Integrations → Google.
2. 2Click "Connect" and sign in with your Google account.
3. 3Authorize calendar access and select the calendar that will receive the bookings.

How the agent uses the calendar

When a customer asks for a time slot, the agent checks availability on the selected calendar, offers options and confirms the appointment, the event shows up on your calendar in real time.
